Developing well-rounded children involves exposing them to opportunities where they can learn more about themselves and their community while broadening their worldview. Students at St. Johns have the opportunity to participate in clubs highlight their strengths and help them to build friendships based on common interests.

Academic Decathlon

Spirit Line

Our spirit line participants cheer on our Redskins at most athletic events. They practice several times a week after school, and participants must demonstrate school spirit and academic excellence.

Drama Club and Tech Crew

Have you ever wanted to perform for a crowd or work behind the scenes on a play or musical performance? Our drama club puts on noteworthy plays and performances throughout the school year while the tech crew ensures the events go off without a hitch.

Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America

The FCCLA mission is to promote personal growth and leadership development through family and consumer sciences education. It focuses on the multiple roles of family member, wage earner, and community leader. Club members develop skills for life through:

  • Character development
  • Creative and critical thinking
  • Interpersonal communication
  • Practical knowledge
  • Vocational preparation

Student Council

Our student council is a group of elected student leaders who represent the school and its population. They host spirit assemblies, raise funds, and help to make the school a better place. Members of the student council also learn about the democratic process.
